For the purpose of this traffic code, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Every vehicle which is self-propelled by means of a motor operated by gasoline, fuel oil, electricity or other power, or which was originally constructed to be so propelled.
PARK. To stand a vehicle, whether occupied or not, for a period of time greater than is reasonably necessary for the actual loading or unloading of persons or property.
STREET or HIGHWAY. The entire width between property lines or every way or place of whatever nature when any part thereof is open to the public, as a matter of right, for the purpose of vehicular traffic.
VEHICLE. Every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, or which was originally constructed for that purpose or purposes.
