§ 52.01 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICE AND DISTRICT ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The town shall provide solid waste and recyclables collection, removal, and disposal services for residential properties within the town.
   (B)   For the purpose of the collection, removal, and disposal of solid waste and recyclables, all of the territory located within the corporate limits of the town shall be known and designated as one complete Solid Waste District.
