§ 33.14 ARP CORONAVIRUS LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUND.
   (A)   Established. There is established a fund to be known as the ARP Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (the “Fund”).
   (B)   Sources of funding. The source of funding includes monies allocated to the town from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and distributed to the town in 2021 and 2022.
   (C)   Expenditure of funds. The funds received by the town for the Fund may be expended for capital expenditures for government services.
