§ 33.13 POLICE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT DONATION FUND.
   (A)   Established. The Clear Lake Police Department Equipment Donation Fund (the “Fund”) is established.
   (B)   Use of funds. Funds donated to the town for the Fund shall be used exclusively for the purpose of supporting acquisition and maintenance of radar speed signs for roads and streets within the town.
   (C)   Expenditure of funds. The funds received by the town for the Fund may be expended for the purposes set forth in division (B) above, without appropriation.
