§ 33.12 MARINE PATROL DONATION FUND.
   (A)   Established. The Clear Lake Marine Patrol Fund (the “Fund”) is established.
   (B)   Use of funds. Funds donated to the town for the Fund shall be used exclusively for the purpose of supporting acquisition and maintenance of equipment necessary or desirable for maritime patrol of Clear Lake by the town.
   (C)   Expenditure of funds. The funds received by the town for the Fund may be expended for the purposes set forth in division (B) above, without appropriation.
