§ 33.11 SPECIAL, MISCELLANEOUS, AND ACTIVITIES DONATION FUND.
   (A)   Established. The Clear Lake Special, Miscellaneous, and Activities Donation Fund (the “Fund”) is established.
   (B)   Use of funds. Funds donated to the town for the Fund shall be used exclusively for the purpose of supporting special, miscellaneous, and activities within the town which are conducted by the town.
   (C)   Expenditure of funds. The funds received by the town for the Fund are unbudgeted, and may be expended for the purposes set forth in division (B) above, as directed by the Town Council.
