§ 51.36  ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The Town Council shall be responsible for adopting and enforcing ordinances necessary for the safe, economical, and efficient operation and management of the town's wastewater system; and for adopting, reviewing, and modifying rates and fees associated with the use of the town's wastewater system.
   (B)   Applications for new connections to the wastewater system, and permanent disconnections (vacations of connection) from the wastewater system shall be heard and determined by the Town Council.
   (C)   The Town Superintendent, who serves as staff to the Town Council, shall be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the town's wastewater collection system; keep records on the wastewater infrastructure including grinder pump stations; and report regularly to the Clear Lake Town Council.
   (D)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall be responsible for billing, collection, record keeping, reporting, and other written correspondence of the wastewater utility.
