§ 150.21 PERMITS.
   (A)   The Building Commissioner may refuse to issue a permit for the foregoing purpose, if the application for the permit is not accompanied by a plat or sketch of the proposed location showing lot boundaries, and by plans and specifications showing the work to be done. All plans for building construction under the authority of the State Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission are to be filed with the State Building Commissioner. No local permits are to be issued hereunder until a letter of non-objection is received from the Town Zoning Administrator and a copy of a design release issued by the State Building Commissioner and the State Fire Marshal, when required by law, have been provided to the Building Commissioner.
   (B)   A permit shall be obtained before beginning construction, alteration or repair of any structure using forms furnished by the Building Commissioner.
   (C)   All permits shall be issued by the Building Commissioner, and all fees provided for shall be paid to the Building Commissioner.
   (D)   The Town Council shall establish fees for improvement location and other permits from time to time by resolution.
