(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $75 for each violation thereof payable to the Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the Clear Lake Police Department.
(C) If a violation of this chapter presents an immediate danger to the public as determined by the officer, the Clear Lake Police Department is hereby authorized to secure the services of a properly licensed vehicle towing operator on the Steuben County Communication wrecker rotation to remove any vehicle found in violation of this chapter, the cost of which shall be at the expense of the owner of any vehicle which is towed.
