§ 33.55  TOWN CLERK-TREASURER PURCHASES.
   The Town Clerk-Treasurer may purchase, without quotes, in an amount not to exceed $300, for the necessities of operation of the Clerk-Treasurer's office, which may include but is not limited to office equipment, computer software, stationery and other office supplies.
