§ 33.54 PURCHASING AGENTS.
   The following persons are designated as purchasing agents for the town to make purchases as set out herein below:
   (A)   Clerk-Treasurer of the town;
   (B)   Superintendent of the town;
   (C)   President of the Clear Lake Town Council;
   (D)   Marshal of the town; and
   (E)   Zoning Administrator.
