§ 94.99 PENALTY.

The Clear Lake Town Marshal shall be charged with enforcing the provisions of this chapter. Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 94.02 shall be fined in the amount of $100 for the first occurrence. Each subsequent violation of § 94.02 shall result in a fine of $500. This money shall be placed in the town’s General Fund.
