All copies of public documents made on the town’s copying machine in response to a request to access public records under I.C. 5-14-3-1 through 5-14-3-9 as it presently exists or is hereinafter amended shall be charged at the rate of $.10 per copy. Facsimile machine transmission shall be charged at the rate of $1 per page.
