(A) Any person, firm, corporation, organization or department who violates any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of $100 for the first offense; $200 for a second offense; and $500 for a third or subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) In addition, any dangerous or vicious animal which attacks a human being or other domestic animal may be ordered destroyed when, in the Court’s judgment, the dangerous or vicious animal represents a continuing threat of serious harm to human beings or other domestic animals.
(C) Any person found guilty of violating this chapter shall pay all expenses, including shelter, food, and veterinary expenses necessitated by the seizure of any animal for the protection of the public or the animal, and such other expenses as may be required for the destruction of the animal.
