(A) A violation of the provisions of §§ 71.10 through 71.16 shall be considered a Class C infraction and shall result in fines and penalties as follows: first offense $50 fine, second offense $75 fine, each additional offense $100 fine. Additionally, if three or more violations of §§ 71.10 through 71.16 occur within one calendar year, the registration of the golf cart, whether annually or daily, shall be suspended and the owner or operator of the golf cart shall not be eligible for another registration for one calendar year from the date of suspension.
