§ 31.01  CLERK-TREASURER.
   The Clerk-Treasurer shall:
   (A)   Receive all monies and credits due to and collected for the town and pay out the same only upon the presentation of a properly drawn and attested order of the Town Council;
   (B)   Hold all bonds and notes of the town, and keep a record of all monies received and dispersed as is required by law;
   (C)   Attend all meetings of the Town Council and record the proceedings thereof;
   (D)   Keep the proper account books pertaining to the office;
   (E)   Record all ordinances in a document provided for that purpose and, in connection with the President of the Council, attest the same; and
   (F)   Administer all oaths or affirmations which may be required in the discharge of the office, and perform all other duties as may be required by the Town Council.
