(A) The company shall assume the costs of the publication of the cable services provisions if the publication is required by law. A bill for publication costs shall be presented to the company and the publication costs shall be paid at that time by the company. The town shall assume the costs of the Town Attorney and associated legal fees.
(B) The company shall not be required to pay the town any portion of its revenue as a franchise fee. Not less frequently than annually, however, the company shall furnish to the town a report showing the company's annual gross subscriber revenue for the town system.
