§ 112.09  RENEWAL OF FRANCHISE AGREEMENT.
   The company shall be a party to any franchise renewal proceedings and any other proceedings in which its rights, privileges or interest would be affected, and shall be fully entitled to due process rights as may be available under applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
