(A) The company shall, at all times during the life of this regulatory chapter, be subject to all lawful exercise of the police power by the town and to any reasonable regulation as the town shall hereafter by resolution or ordinance provide. The construction, operation and maintenance of the system by the company shall be in full compliance with the portions of the National Electrical Safety Code as may be applicable, and in full compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, the town, or any other agency of the state or the United States which may hereafter acquire jurisdiction of the operations of the company authorized in this chapter.
(B) All facilities and equipment of the company shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the National Electrical Safety Code.
(C) The company and town shall, at all times, comply with the rules and regulations of the FCC governing CATV operations.
