§ 110.02  ENTRANCE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY; TAKING ORDERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon the private premises of another in the town for the purpose of hawking, selling, attempting to sell, peddling, canvassing or soliciting the sale of any merchandise, article or goods, unless the owner or occupant of the private premises shall first request or consent to the entry.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to take orders for future deliveries, for intangible services, or for subscriptions to publications in public places or from house to house.
