§ 91.16 REGULATION OF STORAGE AND BURNING OF MATERIALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to store or permit the storage of any combustible refuse in such a way as to cause a fire hazard, or to throw away any refuse of any kind in any street, alley or other public place in the town.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to build, light or permit to be built or lit any bonfire so close to any building or other structure as to endanger the building or structure.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to burn or permit to be burned any garbage or other organic refuse outside of any building at any time in the town.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful to burn papers or other material which may be blown about by the wind except in a stove, fireplace, furnace or incinerator sufficiently designed to prevent the escape of ignited particles.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful to deposit, leave or permit to be deposited or left any refuse or material in a place or condition that it can be blown by the wind so as to be scattered or cause clouds of dust or particles, and it shall be unlawful to permit the escape of soot, ashes, or other solid products or results of combustion so as to be wind-blown or scattered.
