§ 90.18 HULL INSPECTION FEE.

A fee of $5 is hereby established and shall be charged by the Town Marshal for each hull inspection performed. The revenue from the inspection fee shall be deposited in the Special Hull Inspection Fund. The money collected from the inspection may be appropriated by the Town Council only for law enforcement purposes.
