1. The first precinct consists of that territory bounded by a line as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the north corporation limits and N. 8th Street, which is also designated as County Highway S28; thence south on said N. 8th Street to its intersection with 14th Avenue N.; thence west on 14th Avenue N. to its intersection with Buddy Holly Place; thence south on Buddy Holly Place to its intersection with 10th Avenue N.; thence east on 10th Avenue N. to its intersection with N. 6th Street; thence south on N. 6th Street to its intersection with 4th Avenue N.; thence southwesterly on 4th Avenue N. to its intersection with North Shore Drive; thence north on North Shore Drive to its intersection with 5th Avenue N.; thence west on 5th Avenue N. to the shore of Clear Lake; thence westerly along the shore of Clear Lake to the west corporate limits of Clear Lake; thence north and east along the corporation limits to place of beginning; and including the portion of Clear Lake within the City's corporate limits, all of which is located in the 4th Congressional District.
2. The second precinct consists of that territory bounded by a line as follows:
Beginning at a point where 5th Avenue N. intersects with the shore line of Clear Lake, which is a point on the boundary of the first precinct, thence northeasterly on 5th Avenue N. to its intersection with North Shore Drive; thence south on North Shore Drive to its intersection with 4th Avenue N.; thence northeasterly on 4th Avenue N. to its intersection with N. 6th Street; thence north on N. 6th Street to its intersection with 10th Avenue N.; thence east on 10th Avenue N. to its intersection with N. 10th Street; thence south on N. 10th Street to its intersection with 1st Avenue N.; thence west on 1st Avenue N. to its intersection with N. 8th Street; thence south on N. 8th Street to its intersection with 1st Avenue S.; thence east on said 1st Avenue S. to its intersection with S. 10th Street; thence south on S. 10th Street to its intersection with 4th Avenue S.; thence east on said 4th Avenue S. to the east Clear Lake corporate limits; thence south on the east corporate limits, which is also designated as S. 56th Street, to its intersection with 12th Avenue S.; thence west along the Clear Lake corporate limits on said 12th Avenue S. to its intersection with S. 40th Street; thence south along the corporate limits on said S. 40th Street to its intersection with 27th Avenue S.; thence west and south along the corporate limits of Clear Lake to the shore of Clear Lake; thence northerly along the shore of Clear Lake to the place of beginning, all of which is located in the 41h Congressional District.
3. The third precinct consists of that territory bounded by a line as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the north corporation limits and North 8th Street, which is a point on the boundary of the 1st Precinct; thence south on N. 8th Street to its intersection with 14th Avenue N.; thence west on 14th Avenue N. to its intersection with Buddy Holly Place; thence south on Buddy Holly Place to its intersection with 10th Avenue N.; thence east on 10th Avenue N. to its intersection with N. 10th Street; thence south on N. 10th Street to its intersection with 1st Avenue N.; thence west on 1st Avenue N. to its intersection with N. 8th Street; thence south on N. 8th Street to its intersection with 1st Avenue S.; thence east on 1st Avenue S. to its intersection with S. 10th Street; thence south on S. 10th Street to its intersection with 4th Avenue S.; thence east on 4th Avenue S. to the east corporation limits; thence north on the east corporation limits to the north corporation limits; thence westerly along the north corporation limits to the place of beginning, all of which is located in the 4th Congressional District.
