Pursuant to published notice and public hearing, as required by law, the Iowa State Building Code, promulgated pursuant to Chapter 103A of the Code of Iowa, is adopted by reference. Official copies of the Iowa State Building Code, the standard codes adopted therein, and a certified copy of this chapter are on file in the office of the Clerk.
