13-4-2: BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING FLOOD HAZARD AREAS:
The areas of special flood hazard identified by the federal emergency management agency in a scientific and engineering report entitled "The Flood Insurance Study For The City Of Clearfield", dated June 18, 2007, with an accompanying flood insurance rate map (FIRM), is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this title. The flood insurance study is on file at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah. (Ord. 2007-16, 6-12-2007)
