12-4-6: ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS OF DEDICATION BY MAYOR:

Before a final plat may be recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder, the Mayor shall perform the non-discretionary and ministerial act of signing the plat solely to accept offers of dedication and for acknowledgment of the subdivision with the City. (Ord. 2024-01, 6-13-2023)
