The subdivider of a subdivision, after obtaining preliminary plat approval, shall file an application for final plat approval with the Community Development Department on a form prescribed by the City, together with one (1) digital set of the final plat and subdivision improvement plans. The review of a final plat application will not commence until all required information has been received by the City and the application is determined complete. (Ord. 2024-01, 6-13-2023)
