12-1-5: SUBDIVISION NOT TO ENDANGER HEALTH OR PROPERTY:

Any proposed subdivision and its ultimate use shall be in the best interests of the public health and welfare of present and future inhabitants and the neighborhood development of the area concerned. (Ord., 7-10-1979)
