12-1-4: APPROVALS REQUIRED:
No plat of a subdivision of land lying within the city shall be filed or recorded in the county recorder's office until it shall have been submitted to and approved by the planning commission and city council, and such approval entered in writing on the plat by the city recorder. The filing or recording of a subdivision without such approval shall be void. (Ord., 7-10-1979)
