A. Business License Required; Exemptions:
1. A business license shall be required before a dwelling unit in any zone may be used for business purposes. The business license shall be obtained in accordance with the provisions of title 4 of this code.
2. Exemptions: The following activities shall not require a business license:
a. Childcare for children of relatives;
b. Newspaper carriers;
c. Yard sales/garage sales; and
d. Youth neighborhood seasonal work. (Ord. 2009-42, 11-24-2009)
