Areas within commercial zoning designations that reside within a seven hundred foot (700') radius of the center point of Interstate 15 interchanges are included in the overlay zone. Interchanges affected are 650 North and 700 South. These standards shall only apply in commercially zoned areas within the required distance from a freeway interchange, and do not provide any additional signage provisions for residentially zoned properties.
