There shall be a fee for each new sewer connection by a new subdivision, mobile home park, trailer park, camping park or any other multiple use operation, and for each new lot within a subdivision, mobile home park, trailer park, camping park or any other multiple use operation. Said fees shall be paid to the city at the time application for connection is made in the amounts specified by the city's currently adopted fee schedule. No connection to the city sanitary sewer system shall be made until formal application has been filed and the connection fee and inspection fees paid as herein required. (Ord. 2008-16, 12-9-2008)
