New water mains, fire hydrants, and laterals, including meter assemblies, shall be installed at the expense of the property owner, subdivider, or developer in accordance with city regulations and inspection. The city shall set the meter and make a final inspection upon receipt of the fee required by the city's current fee schedule. Such fee shall cover the cost of the meter and the inspection and shall be paid at the time the building permit is issued. (Ord. 2008-16, 12-9-2008)
