A. Vehicle Defined: For purposes of this section, a "motor vehicle" shall mean any wheeled or track laying vehicle propelled or driven by a combustion engine or by a combustion electrical or other engine or motor of any kind or nature whatsoever, and shall specifically include, but not be limited to, automobiles, motorcycles and scooters, and power driven bicycles. B. Prohibited; Exception:
1. No person shall drive, operate or ride any motor vehicle or horse into, across or on any public park, playground or recreational area owned or controlled by the city. (1966 Code § 6-1-35.1; amd. 2000 Code)
2. The city council authorizes the police department to use horses to patrol the city parks. (Res. 94R-9, 6-28-1994)
