8-4-11: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1966 Code § 10-1-14; amd. 2000 Code)
