A. Permit Fees: All permit fees shall be paid as required by the city's fee schedule.
B. Bond Required: All required bonds shall be posted in the amounts specified by the city's fee schedule.
C. Exceptions To Requirements:
1. Utility Companies: Utility companies making excavations directly or with bonded private contractors are exempt from the above fees and bond, but are still required to obtain a permit and to make all construction pursuant to city ordinances.
2. Contract With City: The fee and bond requirements stated above shall not apply to excavations being made under contract to the city when bonding requirements have been set forth in the contract. (Ord. 2008-15, 12-9-2008)
