8-2-7: INSPECTION REQUIRED:

The city shall from time to time inspect all excavations and tunnels being made in or under any street, alley, sidewalk or any other public way to ensure the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. The inspector may reject any excavation or restoration work or materials which does not conform to the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 84-01, 2-14-1984)
