8-1-5: HEIGHT OF AWNINGS, PORCHES AND SIGNS:
All awnings, porch tops and signboards crossing or extending over any sidewalk in the city must be at least eight feet (8') above the grade of the sidewalk. (1966 Code § 8-2-5)
