It shall be the duty of the owner and occupant of any real property with frontage along a public sidewalk to remove all weeds and noxious vegetation from such property to the curb line of the street and to keep the sidewalks along such property free from litter, snow, ice or obstructions. Snow and ice shall be removed from the sidewalks within twenty four (24) hours after a storm. (Ord. 2008-15, 12-9-2008)
