7-5-7: APPEAL OF A CIVIL INFRACTION:

Any person having received civil infraction, or the owner of any vehicle employed in such use, may appear before a Civil Infraction Hearing Examiner and present and contest such alleged unauthorized use. Such hearing is outlined in section 1-15-5 of this Code. (Ord. 2017-18, 11-14-2017)
