A. Any person violating a minor parking provision of this Code or applicable State codes, as set forth in title 1, chapter 15 of this Code, may be issued a civil infraction.
B. A civil penalty shall be assessed by means of a civil infraction issued by the enforcement official or police officer, and shall be payable to the City Finance Office.
C. Penalties assessed by means of a civil infraction shall be collected in accordance with the procedures set forth in title 1, chapter 15 of this Code. (Ord. 2017-18, 11-14-2017)
