7-5-1: PURPOSE:

A. Purpose: The purpose of this chapter is to provide an alternative method of enforcement for minor parking and vehicle related violations of this Code and applicable State codes through the issuance of a civil infraction.

B. Application: The procedures established in this chapter shall be in addition to criminal, civil, or any other legal remedy established by law that may be pursued to address violations of this Code or applicable State codes. (Ord. 2017-18, 11-14-2017)
