7-3-15: BLOCKING TRAFFIC:
   A.   Streets And Alleys: It is unlawful for any operator to stop, stand or park any vehicle upon a street, other than an alley, in such manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet (10') of the width of the roadway for the movement of vehicular traffic, except that an operator may stop temporarily during the actual loading or unloading of passengers or when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations or traffic signs or signals or a police officer.
   B.   Driveway Entrance Or Access: No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle within a street or an alley in such a position as to block the driveway entrance or access to any abutting property.
   C.   Sidewalks: It is unlawful for any operator to park a vehicle that obstructs a sidewalk.
      1.   Overhanging Obstruction: A sidewalk is to be considered obstructed by an operator of a vehicle that parks in a manner that results in any part of the parked vehicle overhanging the sidewalk.
      2.   Private Driveway: A sidewalk is to be considered obstructed by an operator of a vehicle that parks in a manner in part or in whole on a private driveway that results in any part of the parked vehicle touching or overhanging the sidewalk. (Ord. 2017-18, 11-14-2017)
