A. Title Not Applicable: Except as provided in subsection B of this section or unless specifically made applicable, the provisions of this title shall not apply to persons, motor vehicles and other equipment while actually engaged in authorized work upon the surface of a highway or upon wires or structures immediately above the surface of the street. However, the entire title applies to those persons and vehicles when traveling to or from work.
B. Exceptions: The exemptions provided in subsection A of this section shall not apply to Utah Code Annotated sections 41-6a-210, 41-6a-502 and 41-6a-528, as amended, or their successor provisions. (Ord. 2017-18, 11-14-2017)
