6-1-3: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor, which is punishable as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each separate day a person violates any provision of this chapter shall be a separate violation. (Ord. 2009-07, 5-26-2009)
