5-2-6: PENALTY:
Any person who violates the terms of this chapter by any act of omission or commission shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2009-08, 5-12-2009)
