All commercial, industrial and multi-unit dwellings within the city who request garbage collection by the city garbage system, shall agree to the following requirements:
A. Specify size and number of containers desired.
B. Permit the city to evaluate the property and determine if garbage collection is possible.
C. Acknowledge that the city retains the right to recommend an alternate method or deny service if garbage collection is not possible. (Ord. 2009-08, 5-12-2009)
