A.   Twelve Months: Except as set forth in subsection C of this section, all licenses shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, and must be renewed on an annual basis to remain valid. Annual renewal fees must be paid in full to the city not more than forty five (45) days after the first day of the twelfth month or the license is deemed expired.
   B.   Renewal: At the time of annual renewal, an inspection may occur to ensure compliance with the ordinances of the city. If any changes have been made to the business, a new license may be required. (Ord. 2012-08, 9-28-2012)
   C.   Temporary, Seasonal Merchant Or Mobile Food Vendor License: A temporary or seasonal merchant's license or mobile food vendor's license shall be valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days. (Ord. 2014-14, 6-10-2014)
