3-2-8: REMOVAL FOR CAUSE:
The city council may remove any member of the planning commission for cause, after a public hearing, upon written charges. After three (3) consecutive unexcused absences, such member of the planning commission will automatically forfeit his position and shall thereafter be replaced. (1966 Code § 3-1-3; amd. 2000 Code)
