11-19-8: SEPARATE LIVING AREAS:
An accessory dwelling unit must provide living areas for eating, sleeping and full bathroom, including, sink, toilet shower/bath, separate from the principal dwelling unit. (Ord. 2021-14, 9-28-2021)
